Office Culture & Iconography
This project is very close to my heart. I was tasked with creating posters to build a consistent culture across our European offices. For the visual language, I looked for something deeply personal: I drew inspiration from sketches of hands my mother made in her youth. By mixing those memories with my photography through digital collage, I created a iconography system that was eventually displayed in Electrolux branches across Europe.
Custom Iconography (Mixed-Media)
I developed a unique set of symbols by combining photos of my hands with digital assets. I then manually traced them in Illustrator.
Visual Storytelling
I translated company values into simple metaphors, making them easy to understand for employees from diverse cultural backgrounds.
DTP & Production
Drawing from my background in polygraphy, I supported the entire process from screen to print, ensuring perfect quality for large-format office displays.
Global Implementation
The project’s success led to its expansion from the Krakow office to branches all over Europe.
