I was part of the Global Design Team for the Asia-Australia-New Zealand region, focused on scalable PDP implementation across Electrolux and AEG. I built a two-layer token architecture in Figma — 236 variables across 8 collections — enabling a single mode switch to re-skin the entire system between brands. I also developed custom Figma plugins to automate token sync and layer naming — reducing manual setup from hours to seconds. After the first phase, conversion and sell rate increased by over 60%.
