Product Videos Creation & Localization
I led a pilot project to bring our video localization process in-house. Initially, we relied on 8 external agencies, but we took over the "master" creation to gain full control over quality. Even though my manager gave me a "free hand" to focus only on coordination, I chose to actively participate in video editing. I wanted to experience the workflow firsthand to understand the real challenges my team was facing.

Process Design & Documentation
I created a step-by-step localization script/guide. This became our main onboarding tool, ensuring every new editor knew exactly how to maintain our standards.
Workflow Management
I assigned and monitored tasks for our video editors via Monday.com, keeping all projects on track and on time.
Hands-on Problem Solving
By doing the actual editing work alongside the team, I was able to identify bottlenecks and share "good practices" that made our localization faster and easier.
Multi-format Assets Localization
Beyond video, I managed the localization of product benefit graphics for AEG and Electrolux sales pages, ensuring visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Quality Assurance (QA)
I performed the final check on all assets to ensure they met our technical standards and brand guidelines (VBI).
